Submitting a Claim
Please be aware that as an EAHI Athlete you also receive insurance through the USEF for sport accidents. For all claims, please submit first to the EAHI provider (UMR). If the claim is categorized by UMR as a sport injury claim, they will apply it to the EAHI sport injury deductible and then you should also submit a claim to the USEF provider after confirmation from UMR that the claim amount was applied to the deductible but not paid.
